Who We Are - C.J. Valerus Jr CEO
Jean Valerus, born and raised in Boston
Massachusetts of Haitian immigrant parents, first had
the idea for this venture in 1997. Growing
up his parents were involved in both charity work on
the island as well as assisting new immigrants start
their life here in America. He endeavored for a way to
see Haiti produce a high quality product that would
be desired by the American public and priced to
benefit those who produced it.
